The jewel in the crown of the Supercars season is here, as 54 drivers prepare to tackle Mount Panorama for the Bathurst 1000.

Zach Bates lit up the Top 10 Shootout last night to put him and teammate Aaron Seton on pole in the number 10 Matt Stone Racing Chevrolet car.
