Alabama star wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams is unlikely to play at Tennessee on Saturday, and his status after the rivalry game is still undetermined.

Crimson Tide coach Kalen DeBoer said on Monday that Coleman-Williams is dealing with multiple injuries -- a "head issue" and injury to his "lower extremity."

"Pretty good chance we wouldn't have him here this weekend," DeBoer said. "I think it'd be probably a week to week after that."

Coleman-Williams, a former Freshman All-American, was knocked out of last Saturday's 20-17 loss to Georgia after taking a hit to the head. Earlier in the game, he went to the locker room after suffering an apparent leg injury.

He was playing the game with a brace on his knee.

The junior from Alabama has 23 catches for 415 yards and four touchdowns this season.

Alabama is also dealing with injuries to two other starters.

Center Racin Delgatty and defensive tackle Terrance Green are both dealing with injuries to their lower legs, DeBoer said, that will require them to be evaluated throughout the week.

Green, who re-aggravated a previous injury, was unable to play vs. Georgia.

Delgatty left the game in the fourth quarter. If he's unable to play, Mal Waldrep Jr. would likely take his place.

Alabama, which fell to 5-1 after the loss to Georgia, travels to Tennessee on Saturday and then hosts Texas the following weekend before reaching its bye week.
