The Raconteurs Reunite for First Performance in Seven Years

Translate

The Raconteurs reunited for the first time on stage in nearly seven years during Jack White’s concert at The Truth in Nashville on Saturday night. The rock band featuring White, Brenden Benson, Jack Lawrence, and Patrick Keeler appeared during the encore of White’s show, where they ran through a “Steady, as She Goes,” “Hands,” “Level,” “Broken Boy Soldier,” and “Carolina Drama.”

White’s Instagram account had teased the reunion earlier in the day, writing on social media: “Inside info for any Raconteurs fans in the Nashville area…you might want to buy a ticket for Jack White’s show at The Truth tonight…there just might be a little surprise.”

The Raconteurs last played together in October 2019 in support of their third album, Help Us Stranger. Recently, White’s Third Man Records announced a Vault box set to mark the 20th anniversary of the band’s first album, Broken Boy Soldiers.
