UTA Selects Staffers for Live Inspired Program as Charitable Initiative Marks 10-Year Milestone

Translate

Some United Talent Agency staffers will soon get to live a little more inspired.

The high-profile Hollywood power agency selected a roster of five for its Live Inspired program, a company initiative that gives employees the opportunity to pursue a charitable passion through a hands-on sabbatical supporting a nonprofit of their choice.

The moment comes as UTA’s flagship program celebrates a milestone 10th anniversary, and the agency drafted one of its star clients to help make the reveal. Nick Offerman lifted the veil off the 2026 participants during a UTA company-wide town hall. The Emmy winner also has causes he cares about: Offerman is a board member of the Natural Resources Defense Council, a nonprofit environmental advocacy organization that works to safeguard the planet, its people, plants, animals and natural systems, and he supports the Berry Center, a Kentucky-based nonprofit that puts Wendell Berry’s writings to work by advocating for farmers, land-conserving communities and regional economies.

This year’s Live Inspired recipients are endorsements and voiceover agent Rachel Artmont, inclusion associate Reana Johnson, client accounting manager Nancy McGinley, UTA advisory vp Jillian Raskin, and sports and brand insights director Jake Rothman. Those five will break from day-to-day UTA duties to work directly with an organization and cause that holds personal significance, while UTA Foundation will provide a grant to each nonprofit.

Artmont will create a Make-A-Wish experience for a child facing critical illness; Johnson will host a series of wellness and educational programming during National Kidney Month with Walk Good LA; McGinley will continue support of the Coastal Miwok community by participating in a spring celebration; Raskin will head to Washington, D.C. with L’Arche to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities; and Rothman will join Biosphere Expeditions to aid in wildlife and biodiversity conservation efforts.

“Live Inspired was created around a simple idea: give our employees the opportunity to take something they care deeply about and turn that passion into action,” explained UTA partner and chief of social impact Rene Jones. “Ten years and more than 40 recipients later, we’ve seen the impact extend far beyond the sabbatical itself, creating lasting relationships with nonprofits and inspiring our colleagues to stay engaged with these causes for years to come. We’re incredibly proud of this year’s recipients and excited to see where their experiences take them.”

Live Inspired is a piece of UTA Foundation’s broader commitment to social impact and volunteerism, work that serves to connect staffers with opportunities, causes and communities that matter to them. Since it launched a decade ago in 2016, Live Inspired has supported more than 40 staffers as they pursued hands-on charitable experiences with organizations around the world.

For example, UTA agent Negin Elazari worked with Experience Camps, which helps children navigate the loss of a loved one, while UTA independent film agent John McGrath partnered with Shadow Jumpers on its Spin Away the Sun cycle-a-thons to support individuals and families living with rare photosensitive conditions. Other nonprofit partners have included Everytown for Gun Safety, the Library Project and Koru Camp, with causes ranging from youth empowerment and grief support to food insecurity and environmental conservation.
