Rancid Announce 30th Anniversary …And Out Come the Wolves Box Set

Rancid have announced a 30th anniversary box set of their seminal 1995 album …And Out Come the Wolves, featuring a plethora of bonus material.

In addition to including the original album on vinyl, the box set adds the compilation of live cuts and demos Alive for the first time ever on vinyl, as well as 7″ singles of “Time Bomb,” “Ruby Soho,” “Roots Radical,” and a previously unreleased November 1995 live recording from New York City containing performances of “Roots Radical” and “Ruby Soho.”

Additionally, the set contains memorabilia including a 45 turntable adapter, a 2-inch band-signed lithograph of album artwork, a Rancid logo sticker sheet, a screen-printed patch of album artwork, and a Rancid logo enamel pin.

The Alive vinyl compiles various live performances of …And Out Come the Wolves songs spanning from 1995 to 2016, as well as demos of “Roots Radical,” “Disorder and Disarray,” and “The Way I Feel.” The compilation was put together with the help of two Rancid fans/archivists who go by the handles @rancidcollector and @rancid_fanatic.

…And Out Come the Wolves stands as the veteran punk band’s only platinum-certified album, marking 1 million copies moved in the United States. The singles “Roots Radical,” “Time Bomb,” and “Ruby Soho” each cracked the Top 30 of the Alternative Airplay (then known as Modern Rock) chart upon their release.
