5 Coronation Street spoilers for tonight reveal Bethany baby twist aftermath

Coronation Street spoilers follow from Wednesday's episode (14 October), which is available to watch now on ITVX and YouTube but hasn't aired on ITV1 yet.

In tonight's Coronation Street, Bethany seeks support at the medical centre following the shock discovery that she's pregnant.

Meanwhile, Sarah's trial gets off to a bad start, and Leanne tries to manipulate Nick into selling the Bistro.

1. Bethany speaks to Dr Gaddas

Bethany remains shaken following her positive pregnancy test result and she heads to the medical centre, where she speaks to Dr Gaddas.

After Bethany explains that she wants to arrange a termination, Dr Gaddas suggests that she should talk to someone close to her about her options first.

Awkwardly, Gaddas even suggests that Bethany's mum could provide some advice! We're pretty sure Sarah is the last person Bethany will want to speak to about expecting Kit's baby…

2. Lisa appears in court

As Sarah's trial gets under way, Lisa is the first to give evidence and she recounts how Theo's murder case unfolded.

The details of Sarah's long-running cover-up don't look good for her and cast doubt on her claims of self-defence. Despite her divided loyalties, Lisa is forced to answer candidly – and her responses reflect very badly on Sarah…

3. Danielle twists the knife

Danielle also takes the stand and staunchly defends Theo, insisting that he wouldn't have been any threat to Sarah.

With things starting to look very bad, will Sarah crumble under the pressure?

4. Debbie shares her fears

Debbie confides in Abi about how she's worried that Ronnie is looking at care home options for her. She suspects that he's seeing someone else and wants her out of the way.

Abi scoffs at Debbie's wild theories, but she's put in an awkward position when she's asked to spy on Ronnie and report back!

5. Leanne gives Nick some advice

Nick continues to struggle at the Bistro now that the business is being plagued by negative reviews.

With customers cancelling and not enough money in reserve to pay the meat supplier, Leanne suggests that Nick would be better off cutting his losses and selling up. She's clearly doing Idris's bidding, but will Nick fall for it?
