Well, what to make of Formula 1’s return to Malaysia, in its clever guise as the Bahrain Grand Prix? Or, as one wag coined it, the Bahraysian GP.

I thought it was great. Just as I love the Baku track in Azerbaijan, so I have always enjoyed the old grands prix that started in Sepang back in 1999 and ran until 2017.
