American Horror Story star Lady Gaga reportedly welcomes child with fiancé Michael Polansky

Lady Gaga has reportedly welcomed a child with fiancé Michael Polansky, with the pair being spotted walking with a baby in Northern California. The pop star, who is also an acclaimed actor, is yet to publicly comment on the rumoured birth.

Though not officially confirmed, Page Six has reported that Gaga - whose real name is Stefani Germanotta - recently gave birth. Additional details, including the baby's sex and name, have not been disclosed.

Gaga and Polansky, the latter of whom is a music producer, have been dating since 2020, and got engaged in March 2024. They worked together on some of Gaga's recent albums, including Harlequin and Mayhem.

The singer has kept a low profile in recent months, having completed a 95-date world tour - under the name of The Art of Personal Chaos and The Mayhem Ball - in April. Before the latest photos, she was last seen publicly in August.

Digital Spy has contacted Lady Gaga's representatives for comment.

Though she hasn't publicly confirmed the news, Gaga has previously addressed the prospect of motherhood, with the singer telling The New York Times in March 2025 that she was "excited" to be a mother.

"I'm excited to be a mom. I used to have a lot of apprehension about it," she said (via Page Six). "The thing that's the most important to me is to not force my children to live a life that they are not choosing.

"So the more that we can give them space to discover who they are on their own, that’s the thing that I believe in the most," added the star, before she then explained how parenthood would fit into her career.

"I'm also kind of at war with myself sometimes as I get ready to, hopefully, become a mom soon. Like, today is wonderful, but the whole day has revolved around me. There's an incredible amount of narcissism in this," she said.

In addition to her glittering musical career, which has included 16 Grammy Awards, Gaga also has a solid range of acting projects. She won a Golden Globe Award for her role in the fifth season of American Horror Story, and got an Oscar nod for A Star Is Born.
