“Crimson and Clover”… and a cold one? That’s a combination Delaware-based brewery Dogfish Head is serving up after partnering with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts to drop a limited-edition beer and merchandise collection.

The launch initially went on sale last week, but according to the brand, it sold out in just an hour. Now, thanks to overwhelming fan demand, Dogfish Head is bringing it back for a restock at 11 a.m. for anyone who missed their chance to crack open a cold one from this exclusive collab.

Dogfish Head x Joan Jett Black Lager Beer + Merch Kit

Just restocked!

If you’re lucky enough to snag a set, you’ll get a four-pack of lager, a guitar-pick-shaped bottle opener, commemorative pins, and a cooler, all for $45, per the official release. The drop arrives at an especially fitting time, too, as Joan Jett and the Blackhearts are celebrating the 45th anniversaries of Bad Reputation and I Love Rock ‘n Roll.

The latter album went on to produce the band’s biggest hit, with its title track spending seven weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song has since racked up more than 720 million streams on Spotify.

The track also earned a shout-out on Rolling Stone’s 100 Best Songs of 1982 list, compiled by Rob Sheffield. Of Jett’s lasting impact, Sheffield wrote: “After playing guitar in the Runaways, Joan Jett was dismissed by the music biz as a washed-up leftover. But then she hit Number One with “I Love Rock ‘N Roll,” a forgotten oldie by the Arrows, claiming it as a feminist dirtbag anthem for the ages. As long as there are jukeboxes, dimes, rebel rockers strutting their stuff in black leather, and even blacker eyeliner, this song will be blasting.”

And more than four decades later, that prediction still holds up. Jett’s music remains firmly embedded in pop culture, with “I Love Rock ‘N Roll” even earning induction into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2016. Now, Dogfish Head is getting in on the fun with its latest release.

This isn’t Dogfish Head’s first time teaming up with music legends, either. The brewery, which also took home an award in Rolling Stone’s Spirit Awards 2026, has previously collaborated with the Grateful Dead, Pearl Jam, and The Flaming Lips, among others. The Joan Jett collection is available through Give Them Beer, a website focused on beer-themed gifts, making this a pretty solid present idea, too (the holidays are closer than you think).

And if this latest drop has you craving even more Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, there’s more to look forward to: The singer recently announced special anniversary vinyl releases of the two aforementioned albums. We’ll keep you updated as more details emerge about when and where to get your hands on them. But in the meantime, we’d recommend grabbing the Joan Jett and the Blackhearts Dogfish Head beer before it sells out again.
