Gnarls Barkley Announce First Tour in 18 Years

Translate

Gnarls Barkley are hitting the road for the first time in 18 years. CeeLo Green and Danger Mouse have announced the “To Whom It Still Concerns Tour,” a nine-date North American run kicking off this November.

The tour begins November 5th at The Masonic in San Francisco before making its way through Los Angeles, Atlanta, Detroit, Boston, Silver Spring, Toronto, and New York. It wraps November 28th at Chicago’s House of Blues.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Thursday, September 24th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. Citi and Spotify Reserved presales begin Monday, September 21st, followed by an artist presale on Wednesday, September 23rd. Fans hoping to access the artist presale must register by Sunday, September 20th at 10:00 p.m. ET.

“The Gnarls Barkley ‘To Whom It Still Concerns’ Tour operates like an open book, exploring the universal matters of life, death and everything in between,” Green said in a statement. “These songs are the silver lining to an otherwise sad story. Come, and let’s celebrate together the beautiful madness of it all.”

The tour follows Gnarls Barkley’s return earlier this year with Atlanta, their third and final album and first full-length since 2008’s The Odd Couple. Released in March, the record brought Green and Danger Mouse back together nearly two decades after the duo’s original run, which produced songs including “Crazy,” “Going On,” and “Who’s Gonna Save My Soul?” Atlanta was preceded by “Pictures,” their first new studio song in 18 years.
