The accused has been identified as Indushekar.

BENGALURU: Seven members of a family were allegedly murdered in Bengaluru's Srirampura, with police suspecting that the killings stemmed from a domestic dispute. The accused, identified as Indushekar, allegedly killed his wife and six of her family members, police said on Friday. The victims have been identified as his wife, Sunita, his mother-in-law, Roopavati, and his two brothers-in-law, Shivakumar and Shankar, along with their wives, both named Divya, and Shankar's son, Puneeth.Police have so far recovered Puneeth's body. The other bodies are suspected to have been dumped at different locations across Bengaluru and in neighbouring areas, including Chikkaballapur.

According to preliminary findings, Indushekar allegedly bludgeoned the victims to death using grinding stone inside his house before disposing of their bodies at different locations.Police suspect that frequent arguments and quarrels with his wife may have led to the killings.Sunita had reportedly approached the police and filed a missing persons complaint after her family members went missing.
