AFL LIVE: Hawks, Lions trade highlights in an MCG prelim thriller after Neale floored at opening ball-up

Fans are packing into the MCG and the MCC Members Stand has announced all seats have been filled for today’s game with only standing room remaining.

That should point to a bumper crowd, mind you, anyone who has been on the trains or walked around the city in the last few hours could tell you that judging from all the Hawks and Lions colours floating about.

Hawthorn great Jason Dunstall admits he fears the Lions could be too experienced for his Hawks in today’s preliminary final at the MCG.

Speaking late on Friday night, Dunstall told Kayo Sports he was torn between his head and his heart.

“My heart says Hawthorn and my head says Brisbane but, hopefully, my enormous heart is enough to get the Hawks over the line,” Dunstall said with a laugh.
