Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen Game Collaborates With Delicious in Dungeon
The staff of CAPCOM's action role-playing game Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen announced on Tuesday that it is launching a collaboration with the Delicious in Dungeon manga and anime franchise. The collaboration features official pawns and outfit sets for Laios and Marcille. The special content will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on November 4, and on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 12. The collaboration runs until January 28 for all systems. CAPCOM's announcement reads, "Hire Laios and Marcille as one-of-a-kind official Pawns and set off in search of adventure...and tasty meals!" The company streamed a trailer for the collaboration:
The Dragon's Dogma 2 sequel game launched for PS5, Xbox X|S, and PC via Steam in March 2024. The "Dark Arisen" expansion launched on Switch 2 on October 9. Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen will also get new DLC expansion releases for PS5, Xbox X|S, and PC via Steam on the same day.
The franchise inspired an anime series that debuted worldwide on Netflix in September 2020.
Delicious in Dungeon Appears in Rogue with the Dead Idle Game
Delicious in Dungeon is also collaborating with strategic idle RPG Rogue with the Dead. The collaboration will begin on November 4 and will run until November 29. The company room 6 Inc. streamed a trailer for the collaboration.
room 6 inc., the producers of Rogue with the Dead, states that Laios, Marcille, Chilchuck, Senshi, Izutsumi, Falin, Thistle, and Mithrun will appear in the game along with an original story for each character. The collaboration will also feature an original collaboration story and random in-battle events featuring Thistle, the Lunatic Magician.
Kui launched Delicious in Dungeon (Dungeon Meshi) manga in Kadokawa's Harta magazine in February 2014, and ended the series in September 2023.
Studio Trigger's television anime adaptation debuted in January 2024 worldwide on Netflix, and ran for 24 episodes. The series is getting a second season that will debut in October 2027 and will stream globally only on Netflix.
