Milan start Goncalo Ramos, Adrien Rabiot and Alphadjo Cisse against Gennaro Gattuso’s impressive Lazio, who rely on Davide Frattesi and Tijjani Noslin.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome at 17.00 UK time (18.00 CEST).

The boycott of the home fixtures continues by Lazio fans, who are protesting against President Claudio Lotito, so there might be more Milan supporters in the stands this evening.
Gattuso started badly with the Coppa Italia exit to Mantova, but has since won all three Serie A matches against Bologna, Genoa and Udinese.
That’s despite missing Patric, Nicolò Rovella, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Adam Marusic.
Danilo Cataldi is back in the squad, but Danilho Doekhi was ruled out by surgery on a fractured metacarpal in his left hand.
It can never be a normal match for Gattuso, who was at Milan as both a player and a coach.

Andrea Pinamonti sustained a knock to the ankle against Udinese, so is initially on the bench, with Matteo Cancellieri preferred to Gustav Isaksen.
Frattesi has made a stunning start to his Lazio career with two goals in three games, and Nuno Tavares is also rediscovering his form.

Milan had won their first two matches under Ruben Amorim and were then held 1-1 by Juventus.
Cisse scored off the bench in Turin before the last-gasp Federico Gatti equaliser, and the teenager is rewarded with a return to the starting XI alongside Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
That allows Rabiot to drop back into his usual midfield slot along with Luka Modric in support of Ramos, while Samuel Chukwueze is this time preferred to new signing Diego Moreira.

It is a return to the Stadio Olimpico for Mario Gila, who left Lazio over the summer, and Koni De Winter again replaces injured Matteo Gabbia.
Milan could give Christian Pulisic his first minutes of the season off the bench, having sustained a microfracture during the World Cup for the USMNT.

Lazio: Mandas; Floriani Mussolini, Sutalo, Provstgaard, Tavares; Frattesi, Belahyane, Taylor; Cancellieri, Noslin, Zaccagni
Milan: Maignan; Gila, De Winter, Pavlovic; Chukwueze, Modric, Raibot, Estupinan; Loftus-Cheek, Cisse, Ramos
