Authorities said the suspects failed to present documents authorizing the transfer and handling of the petroleum products, including the necessary permits, delivery receipts, and sales invoices.

Seized during the operation were the tanker truck, a motorized fuel pump, several containers filled with gasoline, siphoning equipment, and other tools.

Police estimated the total value of the seized petroleum products and tanker truck at P1,297,000.
