¿Habrá evaluado correctamente el Banco Central el proyecto de hacer monedas nuevas de $10 y $50? Hoy con los medios digitales el uso de billetes y monedas ha bajado sustancialmente, y además el peso se ha devaluado más de 90% en los últimos 40 años, con lo cual monedas de $10 ya no tienen sentido. Al respecto cabe destacar que en Estados Unidos se dejó de hacer monedas de 1 centavo o pennies ya que el costo de hacerlas superaba su valor y por inflación acumulada ya es irrelevante su valor (idem a 10 pesos chilenos).
