Top and flop signings: Latest Football Italia Show
Ten rounds into the Serie A season, it’s time to separate the transfer-market hits from the biggest disappointments.
Some newcomers have exceeded expectations and quickly become key players, while others struggle to justify the hype around their arrivals.
Among the biggest successes, Gustavo Varela at Monza has been an absolute revelation, making an immediate impact with his goals and performances. Schmid at Frosinone has also impressed, proving to be an excellent addition, while Diego Moreira is emerging as one of Milan’s most exciting signings.
But not every transfer has gone according to plan. Kolo Muani at Juventus, Gonçalo Ramos at Milan and Spence at Inter have all struggled to deliver the performances expected of them.
So, after ten rounds, who deserves the title of best signing, and who has been the biggest flop? Let’s take a closer look!
