US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke by phone on Monday with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a State Department spokesperson confirmed to The Jerusalem Post.

Rubio called Netanyahu from his plane while flying to Iceland from Washington, a spokesperson told Reuters.
