Week 1: Odds, lines and totals for every game

Translate

The 2026 season kicked off Wednesday with the Seattle Seahawks taking down the New England Patriots 13-10 in a Super Bowl rematch, followed by a somewhat surprisingly easy win for the San Francisco 49ers over the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday in Australia.

The action continues with a 13-game Sunday slate, with the Buffalo Bills-Houston Texans matchup highlighting the early afternoon games. The Bills come in as slight favorites. The Sunday night game features a classic NFC East rivalry, as the Dallas Cowboys visit the New York Giants as 3-point road favorites.

A whopping 12 Week 1 games have spreads of 3.5 points or less. The Los Angeles Chargers are the biggest favorite of the week, laying 9.5 points to the Arizona Cardinals.

The week wraps up with Patrick Mahomes making his comeback from a torn ACL when the Kansas City Chiefs (-2.5, 43.5) host the Denver Broncos on "Monday Night Football" (8:15 ET on ABC/ESPN).

Here's a look at the odds for every Week 1 game.
