Report Patric to leave Lazio as free agent for Al-Ittifaq

Lazio are ready to say goodbye to defender Patric with reports he is in talks to terminate his contract, as Mario Balotelli’s Al-Ittifaq are waiting.
The 33-year-old has been in the Biancocelesti squad for over a decade, since arriving from the Barcelona B team in 2015.
He made 244 competitive appearances for the club, scoring six goals and providing six assists, with five red cards during his experience.
End of Lazio adventure for Patric
Following on from a muscular injury, Patric has not played at all for Lazio so far this season, and it looks as if his final match has already been and gone.
Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà maintains negotiations are at an advanced stage to terminate his contract by mutual consent.
It is only set to run until June 2027 anyway, so would cut the experience short.
The Spanish defender can then be free to sign for Al-Ittifaq, the UAE First Division side that already has players like Mario Balotelli, Douglas Costa and Daniele Baselli on their books.
