elcome to Sportstar’s live coverage of the second day of the first unofficial Test between India A and Australia A at the Cricket Assocation Pondicherry Siechem Ground in Puducherry.
India A will look to press home the advantage gained on the opening day when the first unofficial Test against Australia A resumes on Wednesday at the Cricket Association Puducherry Siechem Ground. The host endured a torrid start on Day 1, slipping to 97 for five after being asked to negotiate the new ball, before Kumar Kushagra and Tanush Kotian put together a stand of 138 to drag India A to 257 for five at stumps. Kushagra retired hurt on 82 after cramping up, leaving Kotian unbeaten on 68 alongside Shams Mulani on 10.
With the tail still to come and the overnight pair looking to build further, India A will hope to push past 350 before Australia A gets a chance to bat. Follow all the action from Day 2 here.
