Cesc Fabregas has stressed the importance of making every player ‘feel important’ as Como name a rotated side against Torino on Tuesday evening, but says that some players understand the need to rotate ‘less’ than others.
Como are taking on Torino at the Stadio Olimpico Grande at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET) on Wednesday evening.

The games continue to come thick and fast for Como, who will be delighted with their set of results over the last 10 days. They beat Fiorentina 3-1 away from home on October 18, smashed Manchester United 4-1 in the Champions League last week and claimed a 2-0 victory over Sassuolo in Serie A on Saturday.
They have another four games to go until the next international break in under a fortnight’s time, beginning with Tuesday’s clash away against Torino.
Torino have been in great form themselves, recording three consecutive victories under Ignazio Abate, a player that Fabregas came up against on several occasions as a player, including in the 2012 EUROs final.
“Ignazio was a tough guy as a player. Physically, he was top, he gave everything. His team represents that: Self-sacrifice, working hard for each other. Their team has improved since last year, he’s doing a good job,” Fabregas told Sky Sport Italia ahead of kick-off (via TMW).

Fabregas was asked what he needs to do to keep his squad fresh and motivated in such a busy run of fixtures.
He replied: “I don’t know, but in our opinion, it’s about making a lot of changes and making everyone feel important. For them, the big challenge is understanding that sometimes you will play and sometimes you won’t, but that you always have to give everything for the team.
“Right now, some understand that less than others, but slowly they are also beginning to understand that you can’t play 66 hours after the last game.”

Fabregas also explained why Maxence Caqueret has started the last three matches when he was originally left off Como’s UEFA squad list at the beginning of the season.
“Max represents what today’s football is all about: Be quiet, work hard, bring your expertise and show the coach you’re ready to play. We have a meritocracy: You play if you deserve it. I’ve always shown that in my three years as a coach.”
