Teen Mom's Tyler Baltierra Shares the "Only Way" He and Catelynn Lowell Can Contact Daughter Carly
Tyler Baltierra is detailing Catelynn Lowell’s major transformation.
The Teen Mom alum shared Lowell has dropped 30 pounds since kicking off her health journey while sharing family photos from Halloween.
“Can we just take a moment to acknowledge how beautiful my wife is!?” Baltierra wrote on Instagram Nov. 1. “She’s down 30lbs & I’m so beyond proud of her!”
“This is what we should all be talking about in regard to our Halloween photos,” he continued. “I love you babe @catelynnmtv & you’re always the most beautiful to me! #MyBabe #Soulmate #Queen #SexyWitch.”
In his post, Baltierra—dad to Nova, 11, Vaeda, 7, and Rya, 4, with Lowell, as well as Carly, 16, whom they place for adoption in 2009—showed off the reality star’s transformation, sharing before-and-after photos of his wife dressed in a witch costume from a previous year and this year.
The 34-year-old shed more light on Lowell’s new slimmed-down look when he gave an inside look into the family’s Halloween celebrations.
And Baltierra proved their family takes the holiday seriously, revealing their spook-tacular costumes.
While Lowell, 34, twinned with their youngest daughter Rya with matching purple-and-black with costumes, Nova and Vaeda went as a Stick Man and Pennywise the Clown, respectively. As for Baltierra? The podcast host dressed as DC superhero Nightwing.
Alongside the fun shots, the MTV star captioned his Oct. 31 Instagram post, “HAPPY HALLOWEEN from The Baltierra’s[sic]!”
Though Lowell hasn’t directly addressed her weight loss journey, she didn’t hesitate to slam speculation in the past that her husband criticizes her body.
“If I was ever being body-shamed or called out of my name in front of my kids, I would be gone,” she shared during an episode of Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast in 2023. “Because I don’t want my children to think that that’s OK to be treated like that.”

And she has always publicly expressed her support for her husband on his wellness journey.
Case in point? In August 2022, Baltierra revealed his 24-pound weight loss while giving an update on his fitness goals, writing on Instagram at the time, “I’m pretty happy with the results. It makes me even more pumped to see how the next cut goes after I’m done bulking again!”
And while he admitted he still had a “long way to go,” Lowell sent her praise in the comments section with a flirty comment.
As she wrote, “Ayeeee my sexy man.”
