施政報告2026｜李家超：鼓勵生育措施須因地制宜、務實制定未來不時檢討

特首李家超在新一份施政報告中加推11項鼓勵生育措施。面對外界質疑措施力度不及其他國家，亦不足以支援養育成本，李家超強調政策要因地制宜，須按香港實際情况務實制定，形容要「實事求事」。他又說，金錢誘因有一定刺激作用，但效果較為短期，未來會繼續不時檢討相關措施，打造家庭友善的生育環境。
