KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 29 — Anthony Loke Siew Fook today said that he will stay on as transport minister until former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak begins his house arrest.

He said that he had submitted his resignation letter to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim yesterday.

The DAP secretary-general is resigning to convey his party’s disagreement with the conditional pardon allowing Najib to serve out the remainder of his prison terms from this SRC International conviction, at home.
