ASHBURN, Va. -- Washington Commanders offensive coordinator David Blough said Jayden Daniels will have no limitations when the star quarterback plays Sunday against the New York Giants.

"He's full go," Blough said Thursday when asked if Washington had to account for Daniels' dislocated left elbow in the game plan. "We're looking forward to having him back."

Daniels was a full participant in practice Wednesday and was expected to be one all week with the idea that he'll start Sunday against the Giants (3-1). The Commanders (1-3) have endured another injury-filled season, with Daniels already having missed two games because of his non-throwing elbow injury.

Daniels suffered the injury in Washington's Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys; he had initially dislocated it in Week 9 last season.

Because he has suffered the same injury twice, Daniels will wear a black brace that leaves his elbow slightly bent. Last week, Daniels said the brace won't limit him when handing off or taking snaps from center.

The quarterbacks start each practice by taking snaps from under center, and Daniels was doing that last week as well as Wednesday. Daniels said he is getting used to the brace, which is a different one than he wore last season when he returned in Week 14 vs. Minnesota.

Daniels will need to wear the brace the rest of the season. He has talked since training camp opened about being smarter when running in games. His game has been built on dynamic play -- running when needed, whether designed or scrambling.
