19歲尼泊爾裔少女2024年於元朗過馬路時被一輛「衝黃燈」的私家車撞倒，送院後不治。私家車司機早前承認一項危險駕駛引致他人死亡罪，今（17日）於區域法院判刑。暫委法官鍾偉強稱，被告的駕駛方式不負責任以及極為危險，但法庭接納他屬一時鹵莽，判處他監禁22個月，停牌5年，須修習駕駛改進課程。
