Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 remained in effect over Batanes and the northeastern portion of the Babuyan Islands, where winds of 62 to 88 kilometers per hour were expected, posing a minor to moderate threat to life and property.

Meanwhile, TCWS No. 1 was hoisted over the rest of Babuyan Islands, mainland Cagayan, eastern portion of Isabela, Ilocos Norte, and Apayao.
