QC digital platform reports 82% resolution rate
MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City’s digital reporting platform has resolved 4,580 of 5,589 reports filed by residents and other users in nearly four months, giving it an 82-percent resolution rate as of Aug. 31, the city government said.
The QC iReport, which allows residents to digitally file nonemergency complaints, concerns, requests and inquiries through QC e-Services and the QCitizen mobile application, posted a 99-percent response rate during the period. The platform had 1,009 unresolved reports.

Some cases take longer to close because they require coordination with other agencies, site inspections, repairs, construction work or other on-site interventions.
