Translate

The Female Quotient, a media company for ambitious businesswomen, has signed with CAA for representation.

The FQ has become a media and experiences company that the agency says reaches over 8 million influential members across 30 industries through its content engagement and cultural outreach.

The CAA Entertainment Partnerships team will look to expand brand partnerships for The FQ and extend ties with top global brands. Major partners that The FQ already works with include Paramount, Amazon, New York Times, Hulu, National Geographic and Comic Relief.

The focus will be on connecting The FQ to brand categories like auto, beauty, technology, financial services and airlines. Founded by research industry pioneer Shelley Zalis, The FQ offers premium live experiences, social-first content and original programming.

Besides its FQ Lounge and summits, the media company spans experiential programming, media and advisory as it connects top brands with influential business leaders worldwide. For example, the media company brings its signature FQ Lounge to encourage conversation around women in business to tentpole global events like Davos, Cannes Lions, CES and the Super Bowl and Formula 1 sporting events.

The FQ’s media content includes original social media series, bespoke branded content, and creator-led series like 5 Hour In, a collaboration with Hotels dot com that follows four digital creators, each having five hours to make the most of time in either Vancouver, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City.

And on the advisory side, The FQ partners with major companies to help shape their workplaces to boost inclusion and increase the number of top leadership positions for women.
