粉嶺爆水管 祥華邨一度停水3小時

粉嶺新運路及粉嶺車站路交界近祥華邨發生爆水管事故。昨晚（16日）10時許，警方接報上址有食水管爆裂並出現路陷。警員接報到場，發現黃泥水一度湧到祥華邨，影響範圍大約20米乘20米、水深約一呎。警方即時通知水務署到場處理。
