Adult content creator Gattouz0 wins Thai hearts with charity work in Phuket

PHUKET – Youssef Khelil, an adult content creator and model better known online as Gattouz0, has won praise from Thai social media users after helping motorists stranded in floodwaters in Phuket and donating food and essential supplies to local residents.

Khelil, affectionately known among his Thai fans as “P’Tao”, recently went viral after footage showed him and another foreign man helping push a stalled vehicle through floodwaters in Rawai, southern Phuket.

The footage was widely shared on Thai social media, drawing positive reactions from residents who praised the pair for stepping in to help during the flooding.

On 1 November, Khelil was also seen participating in a charity food distribution at Wat Phithak Samanakit in Phuket’s Mueang district, where he helped provide rice, dried food and other essential supplies to local residents.

The distribution took place during a Kathin ceremony, a traditional Buddhist merit-making event held after the annual rains retreat.

His latest activities have attracted further attention online, with Thai social media users highlighting a different side of the influencer, who is primarily known for his adult-oriented content.

Khelil, who grew up and has lived in Italy, began his career as a freelance model before becoming a content creator under the online name Gattouz0. He has built a substantial following among Thai fans.

According to local reports, he has previously donated supplies to children’s welfare facilities and communities in Phuket.

His recent charitable activities prompted numerous supportive comments on social media.

“Thank you for helping Thai people,” one user wrote.

Another commented, “He may be an influencer, but regardless of what he does, he has a kind heart and helps others.”

Others joked that he appeared to have fallen in love with Thailand, noting how much time he had spent in the country.

The story has drawn attention not only because of Khelil’s online fame but also because of his willingness to help local residents during difficult circumstances.
