地政總署人員今早（5日）到百年「城中村」茶果嶺村收地，開記（協和）冰室、榮華冰室及茂發茶室老闆均開門及交出鎖匙，並獲安排14日內可申請再進內搬遷物品。亦有地政總署人員偕建築工人破門入屋，發現無人後再封門釘板，其間有工人一度向身處行人路的記者稱此處為工地，着往他處拍照。
