Passengers aged 17 and below can enjoy free rides on LRT Line 2 and MRT Line 3 on Wednesday, November 4, in celebration of the 34th National Children's Month.

The initiative aims to recognize the importance of children and young people and support efforts to promote their welfare, according to the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

The free ride is from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The free-ride program is being offered by the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr), in support of the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC). —LDF, GMA News
