Silver’s Motel

Translate

Silver’s Motel is a new-wave-meets-old-school cocktail lounge.

Well may you enjoy the many varied and delicious cocktails at our Good Food Guide Bar of the Year for 2025, but take a moment to appreciate the backbar too. This is one of the city’s most impressive whisky lists spanning everywhere from Speyside and Hokkaido to Kentucky and Tasmania.

While it’s the Ice Magic Old Fashioned (cacao nib-washed bourbon chilled down with an ice cube adorned with squiggles of the frozen choc sauce) that’s getting all the attention, consider the Malibu Splice. Clouds of boozy iced coconut cream are spliced with pine-melon and Midori sorbet, all piled into a hurricane glass. Fun! Just add a cold beer and a ploughman’s lunch.
