Angelique Gerber to DIVORCE ex-Bok Jacques Potgieter

Angelique Gerber will reportedly proceed with her divorce to former Springbok, Jacques Potgieter, four years after their marriage separation.

This comes as the ex 7de Laan actress reportedly had a brief reconciliation with her ex, who is the father of her three children.

During the time apart, Jacques had a relationship with another woman, whom he recently split from.

According to reports, Angelique Gerber is proceeding with her divorce from Jacques Potgieter after allegedly giving him a second chance.

Sadly, their recent reconciliation was short-lived, with Angelique’s lawyer confirming that the second split was in the best interests of their three children. 

The actress and influencer reportedly had enough of Jacques’s lifestyle and is now ready to close the chapter.

The news that Jacques and Angelique are still legally married, despite their messy relationship split, came as a surprise to many followers.

On her social media platforms, Jacques had liked comments urging the couple to rekindle their romance. When one follower commented, “You know you two can marry again”, Jacques responded, “We were never divorced”.

2023: Angelique Gerber puts Jacques Potgieter on blast over a dispute over financial support for their children. She also expressed her annoyance at his posts praising his girlfriend as a stepmother.

June 2026: Jacques and Lizane Wagner split after their four-year relationship. Lizane denied allegations that she had been responsible for the breakdown of Jacques’s marriage.
