India added two more medals to its Asian Games 2026 tally on Wednesday, with the men’s and women’s skeet teams securing bronze.
Jay Meena also progressed to the semifinal of the men’s soft tennis event ensuring atleast a bronze medal for the nation.
The shooting contingent failed to finish on the podium, however. Manu Bhaker finished fifth in the 50m pistol, while India finished fourth in the team’s event.
India is currently placed eighth in the medal tally. China is top of the standings with 60 medals, including 36 gold medals.
