No foul play in 15-year-old girl's fall at Putrajaya apartment, say police

PUTRAJAYA: Police have confirmed there was no element of foul play in the death of a 15-year-old girl who fell from a Presint 5 apartment here on Saturday.
District police chief Assistant Commissioner Aidi Sham Mohamed confirmed the matter when contacted today.
"Further investigations revealed no criminal element in the incident. The case has been classified as a sudden death report," he said.
It was previously reported that a teenage girl died after falling from a Presint 5 apartment here on Sept 12.
Police received a report regarding the incident at 10.33pm.
The victim, who lived with her family, was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical officer from Putrajaya Hospital.
