The 2026 Hitz-Joy Beach Rave ended on a high note on Saturday, October 31, as music lovers enjoyed an afternoon and evening of live performances, DJ sets and beachside entertainment at Rehab Beach Club in Labadi, Accra.

The event, organised by Hitz 103.9 FM and Joy 99.7 FM, both part of the Multimedia Group, brought together 19 performers from Ghana's entertainment industry for a celebration of music and coastal fun.

Award-winning musicians KiDi, King Promise and Medikal led the headline performances, treating patrons to a selection of popular hits and newer releases.

KiDi, King Promise and Medikal lead star-studded performances

King Promise entertained the audience with songs including Terminator, CCTV and Paris, showcasing his blend of Afrobeats, highlife and R&B.

KiDi also delivered performances from his catalogue, including Touch It, Odo and Enjoyment, alongside songs from his 2026 album, Where Do We Go From Here.

They were joined by dancehall and reggae artiste Ras Kuuku, rising singer Morgan Nero, and music duo Lali X Lola, whose Afro-fusion sound added variety to the line-up.

DJs keep patrons entertained

The performances were complemented by DJ sets from Merqury Quaye, Andy Dosty, DJ Raennie, DJ Fantastic, DJ Dhon K, DJ Shaker HD, DJ Ikon and DJ Wobeti.

The DJs maintained the party atmosphere throughout the event, while games and other beachside activities gave patrons additional ways to enjoy the gathering.

A celebration of music and beach culture

The event offered patrons an opportunity to enjoy live music in a relaxed beach setting, bringing together different audiences for a shared entertainment experience.

The event was sponsored by StarOil, Ayuda and Kivo.

The Hitz-Joy Beach Rave is part of the two radio stations' efforts to connect with audiences beyond their regular broadcasts through music, entertainment, and live experiences.
