1 dead, 4 injured as bus hits tricycle in Batangas

One person was killed and four others were injured after a bus rammed into a stationary tricycle along the Provincial Road in Barangay Palsahingin, San Pascual, Batangas, around noon on Saturday, September 26.
According to initial reports from the Batangas Provincial Police Office (PPO), the tricycle had stopped along the road to pick up a passenger when the bus hit it.
One of the tricycle's passengers died from the impact, while three other passengers and the tricycle driver were injured and brought to a medical facility for treatment.
Police are conducting a follow-up investigation into the incident.
