Urgent plea for help as Rom Klao housing area loses water and power
BANGKOK — Residents of the Rom Klao housing estate in Bangkok’s Lat Krabang district have issued an urgent appeal for help after flooding cut off their water supply and electricity.
Facebook user Jidapa Suksai posted a plea for assistance, saying residents had been left without electricity, tap water, boats, food or drinking water.
Local shops have also run out of supplies, while home internet services are unavailable. Residents said their backup batteries were also running low.
The affected area covers Juristic Person Areas 4 and 5 and Flats 29–36 at the Rom Klao housing estate in Lat Krabang.
Residents said their water and electricity supplies had been cut off since 26 September 2026, leaving them increasingly concerned as the flooding continues.
