Napoli have lost Mathias Olivera to injury on international duty, while Scott McTominay will have his post-heart surgery tests on Wednesday, hoping for a return to training.
The Partenopei have spent much of the last year struggling with various injury problems, and the situation has not improved too much since Max Allegri took over from Antonio Conte.
Napoli deal with more injury problems

A statement on the official website confirms that Olivera returned from international duty with Uruguay suffering from a muscular issue.
It was diagnosed as a strain of the right external obturator muscle.
There is no news on how long the full-back will be out of action for.

Meanwhile, Sky Sport Italia confirm that McTominay’s tests with the Italian authorities have been postponed until Wednesday.
The Scotland international had minor heart surgery to resolve a mild benign arrhythmia on September 8, and therefore needs to get the all-clear from the CONI (Italian Olympic Committee) medics before he can be allowed back in full training.
There was some good news for Allegri, because Luca Marianucci returned to training with the squad for the first time since his injury in August.
